How far in advance should I make a reservation?
The demand for the Portuguese Way of Santiago has increased in recent years and in some places adequate accommodation is limited. For this reason, we recommend booking your place as soon as posThe demasible.
How is the luggage carried between the accommodations?
Every morning you leave your luggage at the hotel reception before you leave. Our staff will collect and deliver your luggage to the next hotel. Full instructions will be included in travel documents.
How can I get to the starting point?
We recommend that you fly to Lisbon airport where you will find several options to reach the city center or your starting point.
In case your starting point is an intermediate point because it is in this place that you want to start or restart the Camiño, we offer a transfer service to the desired location, so ask us for a quotation request.
What are your payment terms?
Upon confirmation of availability, we will ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount. The remaining payment must be made on the day at the beginning of the requested Service.
How can I pay?
We offer several methods of payment. The initial payment must be made by bank transfer. As for the remaining payment will be made on the day of the start of the service, in cash or Credit Card we accept payments from all major credit cards (we provide APT).
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
If you have to cancel your trip, we retain some money to cover our costs:
From 20 to 15 days before the expected date of arrival - 25% of the total cost
Less than 15 days before the expected date of arrival - 50% of the total cost
