How to ask for an Inquiry or make a reservation?

To make an Inquiry or request a reservation we ask that you fill in the respective forms available in the page separators. For any additional questions contact us directly by phone or email.

How far in advance should I make a reservation?

To make a reservation we suggest that you plan your trip in advance and when making your reservation we suggest that you do so in advance of 30 days to avoid any last minute upsets.

What are the terms of payment?

After confirmation of availability, we will ask for a deposit of 50% of the totat value. The remaining payment must be made on the day at the beginning of the requested Service.

How can I pay?

We offer several methods of payment. The initial payment must be made by bank transfer. As for the final payment can be made in cash or bank card, we accept payments of all major credit cards (through PDA)

What is your refund and cancellation policy?

If you have to cancel your trip, we retain some money to cover our costs:

From 20 to 15 days before the expected date of arrival - 25% of the total cost

Less than 15 days before the expected date of arrival - 50% of the total cost.
